La arquitectura doméstica turdetana en Sevilla

Abstract

En este trabajo se analiza la información disponible sobre de arquitectura doméstica de época turdetana (s. V-III a.C.) en la ciudad de Sevilla, la antigua Hispal. A pesar del carácter fragmentario del registro arqueológico, en parte derivado de las limitaciones propias de las excavaciones en ciudades históricas con ocupación continuada hasta hoy, algunos datos nos permiten una primera aproximación al tema.

The present paper analyzes the information available about domestic architecture in the Turdetanian age (5th-3rd centuries B.C.) in the city of Seville, the ancient Hispal. In spite of the fragmentation of the archaelogical register, partly because of the limitations coming from the excavations in historical cities continuously inhabited until today, some data allow us to have a first approach to the subject.
