abstract = {El trabajo de campo se centró en el sector bancario en España, un sector con un total de 192,265 empleados. Se recopilaron datos utilizando un cuestionario autoadministrado de preguntas cerradas. Los encuestados recibieron un correo electrónico con un enlace al cuestionario en línea. Se realizó una prueba piloto para mejorar la eficacia y el diseño del cuestionario, prevenir ambigüedades y mejorar las mediciones. Los datos se recopilaron de tres organizaciones entre julio y noviembre de 2014. Los representantes de las organizaciones fueron invitados a participar en el estudio y se les informó que los resultados agregados finales les serían proporcionados una vez estuvieran disponibles. Un total de 1,565 cuestionarios fueron devueltos por los encuestados, quienes fueron representativos de la población española en su totalidad en términos geográficos.},
abstract = {Fieldwork was focussed on the banking sector in Spain, a sector with a total of 192,265 employees. Data were collected using a closed-question, self-administered questionnaire. Respondents received an e-mail with a link to the web-based questionnaire. Pre-testing was conducted to improve the efficacy and design of the questionnaire, prevent ambiguity, and improve measurements. Data were collected from three organizations between July and November 2014. Organization representatives were invited to participate in the study and informed that the final aggregated results would be provided to them once they were available. A total of 1,565 questionnaires were returned by respondents, who were representative of the entire Spanish population in terms of geography.},
