abstract = {In this article, I provide insight into an underexplored area of administrative law on the control of dogs the case of potentially dangerous
dogs. In this article, all existing applicable regulations and their corresponding jurisdictions are outlined and the dogs which are considered to be
potentially dangerous are identified, as well as the basis on which this is determined by the legislator. In the following sections, I will address the
breaches and sanctions, their prescription, the relevant bodies that have the authority to impose sanctions, the proceedings and the person
responsible for the breach, in a comparative analysis between Spanish national regulations and those of each Spanish Autonomous Community, i.e.
administrative regions.},
