Este documento ha sido elaborado principalmente por estudiantes de 2º curso del Grado en Enfermería de la Facultad de Enfermería de la Universidad de Cádiz durante el año académico 2025/2026, bajo la supervisión del equipo docente de la actividad de innovación docente en la asignatura "Enfermería Familiar y Comunitaria I". El trabajo representa un ejercicio de aprendizaje en el que los futuros profesionales de enfermería ejercen su observación crítica y juicio clínico novel para analizar la realidad de los entornos donde reside la población algecireña. El enfoque pedagógico del proyecto se basa en el aprendizaje vivencial, trasladando la formación teórica desde las aulas hasta la realidad física y social de la comunidad. A través de salidas de trabajo de campo, los estudiantes han recogido información directa del entorno y testimonios de actores clave, conformando una "foto fija" de la percepción ciudadana sobre las condiciones de vida en el municipio. Este material se define como una herramienta pedagógica con una clara vocación de servicio público, diseñada para fomentar una cultura de participación social y responsabilidad ecológica en Algeciras. Desde una perspectiva académica, el análisis se sustenta en los Determinantes Sociales de la Salud, estudiando cómo las circunstancias sociales, económicas y ambientales condicionan el bienestar de los vecinos. La memoria se alinea con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible de la Agenda 2030 de Algeciras y se integra en la metodología de la Red Local de Acción en Salud (RELAS) y el Plan Local de Salud de Algeciras. Así, el trabajo destaca el papel de la enfermería comunitaria como un nexo esencial entre el sistema sanitario y la red de apoyo integral local. En los resultados del análisis de los distintos barrios (como El Cobre, Los Pastores, San García o La Piñera), los estudiantes identificaron tanto activos de salud como necesidades urgentes. Finalmente, la memoria propone una serie de sugerencias de mejora realistas basadas en el urbanismo táctico y la promoción de la salud. La finalidad última de este documento es la transferencia de conocimiento a la sociedad, ofreciéndose a las asociaciones de vecinos como una herramienta de consulta no vinculante para facilitar el espacio de convivencia entre las instituciones públicas y la comunidad para mejorar el entorno sociosanitario de Algeciras.}, abstract = {The "Report on the Socio-Health Analysis of Algeciras Neighborhoods" is the final output of the Teaching Innovation and Improvement Project titled "From Classroom to Neighborhood: experiential learning and social participation among nursing students for local socio-health and environmental transformation, and the sustainable development of Algeciras." This document was primarily drafted by second-year students of the Bachelor's Degree in Nursing at the Faculty of Nursing (University of Cádiz) during the 2025/2026 academic year. The project was carried out under the supervision of the teaching staff heading the educational innovation activity within the course "Family and Community Nursing I." This work represents a valuable learning exercise through which future nursing professionals apply their critical observation and novice clinical judgment to analyze the reality of the environments where the population of Algeciras lives. The pedagogical approach of the project is rooted in experiential learning, translating theoretical training from the classroom directly into the physical and social reality of the community. Through field research trips, students gathered firsthand environmental data and testimonies from key stakeholders, capturing a "snapshot" of public perception regarding living conditions in the municipality. This material serves as an educational tool with a clear commitment to public service, designed to foster a culture of social participation and ecological responsibility across Algeciras. From an academic perspective, the analysis is grounded in the Social Determinants of Health, examining how social, economic, and environmental circumstances shape the well-being of local residents. The report aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the Algeciras 2030 Agenda and is integrated into the methodology of both the Local Health Action Network (Red Local de Acción en Salud - RELAS) and the Algeciras Local Health Plan. Consequently, the work highlights the role of community nursing as an essential link between the healthcare system and the local comprehensive support network. In the findings from the analysis of the various neighborhoods (such as El Cobre, Los Pastores, San García, or La Piñera), students identified both health assets and pressing needs. Finally, the report proposes a series of realistic suggestions for improvement based on tactical urbanism and health promotion. The ultimate purpose of this document is the transfer of knowledge to society. It is offered to neighborhood associations as a non-binding consultation tool to facilitate collaboration and coexistence between public institutions and the community, ultimately improving the socio-health environment of Algeciras.}, publisher = {Editorial UCA}, keywords = {Enfermería de Salud Comunitaria}, keywords = {Community Health Nursing}, keywords = {Determinantes Sociales de la Salud}, keywords = {Social Determinants of Health}, keywords = {Salud Ambiental}, keywords = {Environmental Health}, keywords = {Participación de la Comunidad}, keywords = {Community Participation}, keywords = {Desarrollo Sostenible}, keywords = {Sustainable Development}, keywords = {Planificación en Salud}, keywords = {Health Planning}, keywords = {Salud Urbana}, keywords = {Urban Health}, keywords = {Promoción de la Salud}, keywords = {Health Promotion}, keywords = {Algeciras}, title = {Memoria del análisis sociosanitario de los barrios de Algeciras}, author = {Marín Paz, Antonio Jesús and Paublete Herrera, María del Carmen and García Arévalo, Manuel and Amuedo López, Elena and Arniz Ramos, Helena and Barhoun Fellah, Chaymae and Basallote Benítez, Julia and Benamar Daoudi, Hafsa and Benítez Ruiz, Sergio Alberto and Bernal Cadena, Lucía and Blanco Ruz, Ainara and Bugatto García, Alejandra and Campos Colodrero, Pilar María and Candelera Cabral, Marina and Carrión Tosso, Ana and Castilla Torres, Paula and Cortés Temprano, Silvia and Crucera Gallardo, Estrella and Cruces Acebes, Lucía and Cuenca Aguilar, Celia and De Vicente Guerrero, Violeta and Durán Morato, Alberto and El Falossi Fettach, Kholoude and Enríquez Bernal, Hugo and Fernández Bernal, Gloria and Fernández Mora, Óscar and Flores Ocaña, Lorena and García Osorio, Paula and García Raposo, Sandra María and García Suárez, Ainhoa and Girela García, Pablo and Godoy Andrades, Manuel and Guerrero Martín, Berta and Leiva Moreno, Lázaro and López Aguilar, Blanca and López Fábrega, Celia and Marín Marín, Alicia and Martín Caravante, Marina and Moguel Pérez, Claudia and Morales Torres, Florentina and Moreno Amiama, Elena and Muñoz Montijano, Marta and Olmo García, María and Ortega García, Gema and Ortega Lucena, Olga and Ortega Ruíz, Andrea and Padillo Domínguez, Macarena and Perea Santos, Elena and Pérez Cobos, Jesús and Pérez Santiago, Irene and Ramos Valverde, Lucía and Renco Tejada, María de la Soledad and Ruiz Estero, Pablo and Ruiz Lama, Carmen María and Sánchez Cabeza, Aroa and Sánchez Villanueva, Beatriz and Santos Pardo, Cinthia and Santoyo Portillo, Blanca María and Serrano Gil, Carmen and Serrano Martín, Adrián and Sierra Ariza, Silvia and Silva Márquez, Eva and Trujillano Morilla, Rocío and Vargas Molina, Josefa and Vázquez Ortiz, Ana María and Velázquez Jurado, Marta and Villar Gómez, Mercedes}, }
