%X White biotechnology seeks the biological production of energy and products of industrial interest, such as bulk chemicals, amino acids, polymers, vitamins, and much more, developing sustainable processes with high yields and mild process conditions, which contributes to the circular bioeconomy. The lesson will deal with the main aspects involved in the implementation of biotechnological processes on an industrial scale to produce energy and products in the quantity and quality demanded by society.
