%X The critically ill patient experiences a number of distressing symptoms during their ICU stay including pain, agitation, delirium, muscle weakness and difficulty sleeping. The management of these patients is complex and they must sometimes be sedated, immobilized and often socially isolated. There are studies that show that these symptoms can be prevented and treated if the set of care included in the ABCDEF Bundle is applied.
