Inducers are varied being drug-induced lichenoideruption (DILE) a common entity, particularly in an eracharacterized by the emergence of biologic or targeted ther-apies. This is the case of an alirocumab-induced lichenoideruption, a proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 9(PCSK-9) inhibitor used to treat dyslipidemia, a drug rarelyassociated with local skin adverse reactions and exception-ally with urticaria, or vasculitis. %K Alirocumab %K lichenoid eruption %~ Universidad de Cádiz
