A través de la imagen que de ella se ofrecía en los cómics estadounidenses, principalmente en la serie que tuvo a Lane de protagonista entre los años 50 y 70, el presente texto mostrará los estereotipos de género de los años 50 y cómo fueron transformándose hasta llegar a los años 70.
