No solo fortificaciones.
The fortifications are the most known structures of Portobello. In contrast, there are several buildings not
well known, like the customs house, the church of San Felipe, as well as colonial houses and bridges that
belong to the rich, immovable heritage of the city. In addition, we must not forget other examples of intangible heritage like devotion manifestations linked to the Cristo Negro that are part of the popular identity.
Also, the bay’s water and the nature’s wealth are examples of one of the most important natural heritages
of Panama. All this compels us to understand Portobello as a cultural landscape. The city needs some interventions to increase the value of its cultural, intangible and natural heritage, in order to create a tourism
product. The sustainable management of these resources are necessary to support the local development.

This article works on a conceptualisation of the Autonomous movement or Workers’ Autonomy in
Spain, in the way to locate this tendency as the most participative of the Marxist revolutionary left
in the transitional Spain. In order to achieve that conceptualisation, we will link the Autonomous
movement with the Councilist tradition and the birth of Marxist autonomism in Italy, and we will
contrast these elements with the historic episode of the Autonomous movement in the Spain of
the 1970s.

en las notas correspondientes.; The aim of this text is to take a tour of the public sculpture related to the University of
Granada, both located within its campuses and in neighboring urban spaces, as well as
those related to the university activity in the city. The perception of this selection allows the
viewer to make itineraries with pedagogical values related to historical memory, including
the aesthetics captured by the artists who made them. The varied design corresponds to
the different artistic tendencies since the second half of the 20th century, dominated by
figuration, although there is no lack of works of enormous expressiveness and abstract in
its conception. For its visualization, links can be found in the corresponding notes.
