cuidando del bienestar de las personas.; With the advent of the covid-19 pandemic, many sectors have had to reinvent themselves. Psychology professionals are beginning to opt for online therapy and to include the
use of technology in their therapies. Moreover, even before that, they find that their pa tients have difficulties in carrying out the tasks between sessions at home, which reduces the effectiveness of the treatment. It is in this context that the idea of creating this
company, Psy-Aid, dedicated to the creation and marketing of psychological tools in the
form of mobile applications, arose. Specifically, the first product is a mobile applica tion, aimed at supporting psychological therapy by means of a diary with multiple self-registers used in the different empirically effective psychological therapies. It is estimated that 5.1% of the Spanish population attends therapy, which means that 2.39 million
people could need this application, from the hand of approximately 33209 registered
psychologists who practice clinical psychology. The difference between this product
and other possible substitutes is co-creation: working with the University of Cadiz and
other psychological care services to improve it, as well as publishing studies using the
scientific bases and results to reach our clients, while contributing to the development of
knowledge in psychology. On the other hand, it opens the possibility of creating agreements with publishers of psychological tools for the adaptation of their physical tools to
the online format.
This project is therefore based on co-creation, partnerships and the advancement of
scientific knowledge, while providing a useful tool for psychological therapy, taking
care of people's well-being.
