Públicos, usuarios y consumidores de la cultura ”que siguieron online más de cuarenta profesionales y alumnos y en el que se expusieron los resultados de un estudio sobre los hábitos culturales de los jóvenes universitarios andaluces, realizado por el Observatorio Cultural del Proyecto Atalaya, coordinado por la Universidad de Cádiz y patrocinado por la Consejería de Transformación Económica, Industria, Conocimiento y Universidades de la Junta de Andalucía. El seminario estuvo coordinado por los profesores e investigadores Antonio Javier González Rueda y Jacinto Porro Gutiérrez (Universidad de Cádiz), y Ángel Cazorla Martín (Universidad de Granada) y congregó en su nómina de ponentes a especialistas.; On July 15 and 16, the 71st edition of the UCA Summer Courses in Cádiz hosted the seminar “New and old cultural practices. Asimismo, damos cuenta de las tematizaciones realizadas por algunos docentes, graduados y estudiantes que han estado involucrados en procesos formativos que han implicado trabajo de campo e investigaciones en territorios diversos, tematizaciones que refieren a la apropiación del relevamiento etnográfico por parte de otras disciplinas humanas y sociales y que nos hablan de la importancia de las interacciones científicas en dichos proceso.; In this article we shall identify the theoretical dimensions that intercept in knowledge production and education processes, linking them with the following contributions and considerations of others authors: a) knowledge production generated from work within concrete historical contexts; b) knowledge production and subjectivity; c) knowledge production and interdisciplinary nature. Also, we account for the issues stated by professors, graduates and students that have been involved in education processes that have implied fieldwork and diverse territorial interventions; issues that make reference on how ethnographical surveys and compilations have been appropriated by other social and human disciplines, a fact that stresses the importance of scientific intersections in education processes. Ello se ha concretado en enfoques como el de la Museología inclusiva, la Museografía accesible o, incluso, la “museología para todas las personas” (Espinosa y Bonmatí: 2015). Trasladadas estas reflexiones al ámbito del Turismo, encontramos que se vinculan y complementan, como se verifica en los postulados del Turismo accesible para todos. Pero, tanto desde la realidad de nuestros museos como del turismo, el público adulto mayor sigue siendo insuficientemente atendido. Desde esa constatación, ¿cuán accesibles resultan algunos museos peruanos para estos visitantes? ¿Cómo son percibidos aquellos por este público? Y, ¿qué impacto tiene ello en sus experiencias de visita? Este trabajo constituye, por tanto, un primer acercamiento al estado de la cuestión.; The renewal of the gaze on museums and their impact on society, has influenced the importance of attending to the public according to their particularities and needs. This has resulted in approaches such as inclusive museology, accessible museography or even “museology for all people” (Espinosa, Bonmatí: 2015). Transfered these reflections to the field of Tourism, we find that they are linked and complement, as verified in the postulates of Tourism accessible to all. But, both from the reality of our museums and tourism, the elderly public is still insufficiently attended. From this observation, how accessible are some Peruvian museums for these visitors? How are those perceived by this public? And what impact does this have on your visiting experiences? This work is therefore a first approach to the state of the matter. Esta experiencia merece una valoración positiva porque es un buen ejemplo de coordinación interinstitucional, ha creado comunidad entre las personas responsables de la gestión de los teatros públicos, ha generado sinergias de colaboración y espacios de transferencia conocimiento entre estos gestores y se ha consolidado como un importante agente del sector de las artes escénicas en Euskadi..; The Basque Network of Theaters SAREA, an experience of almost 30 years of operation, is a reality that brings together 69 public scenic spaces, distributed in 56 municipalities that offer a total of 26.925 seats in the Basque Autonomous Community that has 2.2000.000 inhabitants . This experience deserves a positive assessment because it is a good example of inter-institutional coordination, it has created a community among the people responsible for the management of public theaters, it has generated collaboration synergies and knowledge transfer spaces between these managers, and it has established itself as an important agent of the performing arts sector in the Basque Country.
