no fuera revertida.
Argentina. The present work refers to an interesting fiscal Opinion of the year 1809 –written
in Córdoba del Tucumán– in order that the local Bishops could distribute degrees of
kinships in the matrimonial orders. Likewise, sorrow and judgments that were sent in
the cases of “wedding disorders” where the bows of consanguinity and close affinity
produced the nullity of some marriages, that came, in occasions, up to the excommunion.
This anathema meant for the imputed one the social, political and economic marginality,
providing that the disposition was not reverted. They add references and examples
on the secret nuptials which items were annotated in different books from those of
Marriages in that Bishopric and in Buenos Aires. The sources of judgments like that
sent shape peculiar pages in monarchic epochs and in the later independent one from
territories of the current Argentina.
