dc.description.abstractEl Burnout se caracteriza por ser una interfase del Estrés en la que predomina el desgaste del Profesional debido a un mal afrontamiento de los factores emocionales que acontecen y a la no disposición de recursos adecuados para superarlos, lo que hace que éste se cronifique; tiene como rasgos característicos el agotamiento emocional, la despersonalización y la realización personal. El colectivo de Enfermería comprende uno de los ámbitos Profesionales más afectados por el Estrés Laboral y en su grado máximo por el Síndrome de Burnout, ya que sus Profesionales realizan bastantes actividades – muchas de ellas específicas – teniendo como objeto el ofrecer cuidados a las personas y, en ello, el Estrés es un factor importante que puede afectar a su rendimiento, produciéndose así un deterioro en su Calidad de Vida Laboral pudiendo afectar a su vez en su vida personal y, de esta forma, constituyendo un grave problema en cuanto a la morbimortalidad occidental. En este Trabajo de Fin de Grado (TFG) se ha realizado una revisión bibliográfica respecto a la etiología del Burnout y los indicadores del Estrés que afectan a los Profesionales de Enfermería, haciendo una comparación entre España y Portugal para definir en cuál de estos dos países se establece un mayor nivel de Burnout.en_US
dc.description.abstractBurnout is characterized by being an interface of Stress in which the Professional is wear predominates due to a poor coping of the emotional factors that take place and the no provision of adequate resources to overcome them, which causes it to be chronic; it has characteristic features like emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and personal fulfillment. The Nursing group comprises one of the most affected Professional areas by Occupational Stress and in its maximum degree by the Burnout Syndrome, since its Professionals carry out many activities - many of them specific - with the purpose of offering care to people and , in this, Stress is an important factor that can affect their performance, producing a deterioration in their Quality of Working Life that can affect at the same time in their personal life and, thus, constituting a serious problem in terms of morbidity and mortality. In this Final Degree Project a bibliographical review has been carried out regarding the etiology of Burnout and Stress indicators that affect Nursing Professionals, making a comparison between Spain and Portugal to define in which of these two countries a higher level of Burnout is established.en_US
