| dc.description.abstract | La existencia en la Bahía de Cádiz de varios diques de carenar, alguno de ellos como el de Matagorda con una antigüedad de 140 años, hace de esta tipología dentro del patrimonio industrial de la zona, un elemento a proteger, conservar y difundir, es decir poner en valor algo que pertenece a la memoria colectiva de los habitantes de la zona y que por ende debería ser salvado de la desaparición, como BIC (Bien de Interés Cultural) que es. Su estudio e investigación sirve, por lo tanto, no sólo desde el punto de vista turístico sino también como herramienta para ampliar su conocimiento y por tanto su pertenencia, a la historia y vida de muchos habitantes de la comarca de la Bahía. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The existence in the Bay of Cadiz of several graving docks for refitting, some of them like Matagorda which is 140 years old, makes this typology within the industrial heritage area, an element to worthy of protection, conservation and diffusion, that is to say, which gives value to something that belongs to the collective memory of the inhabitants of the zone and which therefore should be saved from disappearing since BIC (Heritage of Cultural Interest) that it is.
