Las viviendas turísticas en Cádiz y provincia. Trayectoria y análisis en el alojamiento turístico.

Abstract

En el presente estudio se analiza la vivienda turística como nuevo modelo de alojamiento turístico desde su aparición en el sector del hospedaje y regulado en Andalucía desde 2016. Antes de llegar al marco normativo, se ha determinado la diferencia entre “Zonificación” y “Turistificación”, dos conceptos que se utilizan y mezclan en todo lo relativo a la ubicación de estas viviendas turísticas. La metodología empleada se basa en un análisis cuantitativo con los datos obtenidos por las fuentes oficiales y un análisis cualitativo. El periodo temporal del trabajo se ha concretado entre 2015 y 2020. Se concluye destacando la continuidad y crecimiento de este tipo de viviendas y las oportunidades que ofrece por su implicación en el cumplimiento de varios Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (en adelante ODS) de la AGENDA 2030.+ This study analyzes tourist housing as a new model of tourist accommodation since its appearance in the lodging sector and regulated in Andalusia since 2016.
