La profesionalización de la gestión cultural. La experiencia pionera CLACDEC

Abstract

El objetivo de este estudio es hacer una caracterización general del ecosistema cultural de capacitación, formación disciplinar y profesionalización de la gestión cultural, desde una perspectiva histórica, con particular atención a la creación y funcionamiento del Centro Latinoamericano y del Caribe para el Desarrollo Cultural (CLACDEC), fundado en 1975 en el marco del Primer Curso Interamericano de Administradores Culturales, como primera experiencia de formación a los agentes y profesionales del sector cultural-creativo que se realizaba en América Latina y el Caribe (ALC) con la cooperación financiera de la Organización de Estados Americanos (OEA) y la Organización de las Naciones Unidas para la Educación, la Ciencia y la Cultura (UNESCO). La información contenida en esta investigación, que supone una primera fase descriptiva, se ha organizado realizando un mapeo histórico de factores asignados a la formación y profesionalización de la gestión cultural que dispensan algunas premisas de heterogeneidad explicativa y los efectos significativos del CLACDEC como centro pionero y red de discusión, encuentro y formación de agentes culturales en ALC.

The objective of this study is to make a general characterization of the cultural ecosystem of training, disciplinary training and professionalization of cultural management, from a historical perspective, with particular attention to the creation and operation of the Latin American and Caribbean Center for Cultural Development (CLACDEC ), founded in 1975 within the framework of the First Inter-American Course for Cultural Administrators, as the first training experience for agents and professionals in the cultural-creative sector that took place in Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) with the financial cooperation of the Organization. of American States (OAS) and the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO). The information contained in this research, which involves a first descriptive phase, has been organized by carrying out a historical mapping of factors assigned to the training and professionalization of cultural management that dispense with some premises of explanatory heterogeneity and the significant effects of CLACDEC as a pioneering center and network for discussion, meeting and training of cultural agents in LAC.
