Saberes y haceres de la gestión cultural: una construcción territorial con acción y formación

Abstract

El presente artículo intentará dar cuenta de la gestión cultural desde la gestión cultural, es decir, desde el propio proceso de gestación y acción de políticas culturales en territorio. No sin el deseo de generar y contagiar contenido, debate, interrogantes y entusiasmo en torno a las mismas. En el apartado de caso, se tendrán en cuenta los años de gestión transcurridos en la provincia de La Pampa (Argentina), considerando que las estrategias y propuestas locales realizadas puedan contribuir desde su especificidad, tanto como desde su diferencia, a inspirar, diseñar e imaginar propuestas concretas en otros destinos. Algunas reflexiones acerca de educación, cultura y sentimientos, cruzarán el texto a modo de insistir en el sueño colectivo de transformar la realidad para haceres y seres mejores.

This article will attempt taking into account cultural management from cultural management, that is, from the very process of gestation and action of cultural policies in the territory. Not without the desire to generate and spread content, debate, questions and enthusiasm around them. In the case section, the years of management spent in the province of La Pampa, Argentina will be contemplated, considering that the local strategies and proposals made can contribute from their specificity, as well as from their difference, to inspire, design and imagine concrete proposals in other destinations. Some reflections about education, culture and feelings will cross the text to insist on the collective dream of transforming reality to make better doings and beings.
