Abstract

Group cohesion allows us to do things differently, behave from the understanding of other ways and learn together. It is a contribution to learning where respect, understanding and the joint construction of different people must prevail, being in distant or close ideas, with a fairer look towards diversity, creating transformations in the educational and social sphere, towards a positive recognition. Of the same. Transforming and appealing towards the construction of classrooms where the collective vision prevails, a feeling of unity, where all people feel accompanied and included under a collaborative, participatory and cooperative culture is a responsibility that should be immersed in any education professional. Said writing starts from the analysis of the understanding of group cohesion as a relevant aspect among university students. All this in order to exalt the path traveled during the academic experience and their individual development as part of a large consolidated group of people. For this, a qualitative methodology will be applied, such as the case study, based on a group-class made up of 72 people. Some of its benefits will be discussed, as well as the consequences when it is lacking. Finally, and taking into account the lack of cohesion in the group, some of the methodological and organizational strategies aimed at promoting greater group-class awareness will be offered, where they learn from each other thanks to the diversity that they comprise.
