Abstract

OFFF Sevilla se presenta como un festival que, desde Andalucía, propone nuevas coordenadas culturales y creativas, conectando el sur con los grandes epicentros internacionales sin pretender imitarlos, sino reivindicando su propia identidad basada en la artesanía, la mezcla cultural y la innovación desde la periferia. OFFF Sevilla se convierte en un punto de encuentro internacional donde creadores de diversas disciplinas comparten procesos y exploran el futuro de la cultura digital. La edición reúne figuras reconocidas como David Carson, Mitch Monson y Erin Sarofsky, junto a estudios españoles, especialmente andaluces, que evidencian la vitalidad creativa del sur. En conjunto, OFFF Sevilla plantea que la geografía del diseño está en constante movimiento y que la creatividad puede surgir desde cualquier lugar. Desde Andalucía, los artistas se están atreviendo a ocupar un espacio propio en el mapa global de la innovación cultural.
