To highlight their power, nobility of Modern Age used many means to display their social
status. Personal properties such as coaches and carriages were essential pillars of wealth.
Many of these structures possessed an immense artistic value and nobles used to showcased them in the streets of Madrid. Several documents, localized in the Archivo Histórico
Provincial de Madrid and others, will be analyzed. Through the documents of construction
descriptions, the importance of these structures in the nobility status will be studied in
more detail. Besides, some dates about the artists who built vehicles will be added.
