Abstract

The article analyses the recent judgment 389/2020, of 10th July, rendered by the Supreme Court. The decision deals once again with the right not to declare that is recognised to victims of gender-based violence. The reasoining in the judgment allows a reflection about the shortages in the regulation, the jurisprudential leeway and the need for a reform.
