ASA acts as a polymer matrixwhile PEEK is loaded in the form of micro-particles that act as a reinforcing filler. The compositeswere compounded by single screw extrusion and then, different specimens were manufacturedeither via injection moulding (IM) or fused filament fabrication (FFF). Two different types of PEEK(commercial and reused) in different concentrations (3 and 6 wt.%) were tested and their influence inthe mechanical, structural, and thermal properties were studied. It was observed that reused PEEKenhanced the stiffness and tensile strength and thermal stability of the composites both, for injectedand printed specimens. This evidences the suitability of these composites as potential candidates asnovel materials with enhanced properties following an approach of circular economy PB MDPI SN 2073-4360 YR 2022 FD 2022-02 LK http://hdl.handle.net/10498/26568 UL http://hdl.handle.net/10498/26568 LA eng DS Repositorio Institucional de la Universidad de Cádiz RD 07-nov-2026
