AB Este artículo analiza la evolución del turismo accesible e inclusivo desde una perspectivalegal. Para ello se aplica una metodología cualitativa que combina el análisis documental, lahermenéutica jurídica y la comparación institucional, con el objetivo de realizar unaradiografía del estado actual del turismo accesible en el sur de Europa. Por último, seidentifican los principales retos y desafíos que se plantean en un horizonte a medio y largoplazo.
