The sudden transition to online teaching and the need to adapt toa changing academic environment have heightened tensions. High levels of burnout are evident in 71%of faculty, with 24% experiencing moderate levels, and 5% low levels. It is recommended thatuniversities implement prevention programs and support policies to improve the mental health andwell-being of the faculty.
