AB The research work carried out by Dr. Liñán Nogueras has opened a path of reflectionon the nature of consensus in international relations that is very appropriate in the current conflictbetween Ukraine and the Russian Federation in the search for models of dispute settlement. However, in order to do so, it is necessary to reflect on the scope of consensus and analyse its conceptualconnotations in order to interpret both its potential and its limitations.
