Conceived as a space for active memory, interdisciplinary dialogue, and a tribute to Margarita M. Birriel Salcedo, the meeting brings together contributions that explore feminist studies from historical, social, and cultural perspectives. The text highlights feminist genealogies as threads of resistance against systematic silences and patriarchal narratives, and as active practices of reappropriation and intergenerational knowledge transmission. It stresses the importance of interdisciplinarity, methodological diversity, and open conversations as part of a collective process that conceives memory as a critical tool to connect the past, present, and future of feminisms.
