AB An approach to the concept of social exclusion in the design ofpolicies for social inclusion in Andalusia is presented. The study beginswith a journey into how the phenomenon is viewed through the lens ofsociology and the model of social protection. Then the representation ofthe phenomenon is unraveled through a content analysis of the policies’texts. Finally, it concludes with the identification of social exclusion inthose policies and their consequences.
