Cultura de paz y gestión cultural (1)

Abstract

Este trabajo desarrolla la idea según la cual los conceptos internacionales sobre lo cultural mueven dos ideas poderosas, que están íntimamente vinculadas, pero que tienden a segregarse y a rehusar escucharse entre sí, o a hacerlo menos de lo que debieran. Se trata de las vertientes políticas y económicas de la cultura, en particular sus manifestaciones relativas a la ciudadanía y la producción artística ¿Es factible que esa dicotomía redimensione su capacidad de diálogo incorporando la cultura de la paz y la gestión cultural?; ¿son compatibles la sensibilización en derechos y la excitación mercadotécnica? Para responder se divide en dos partes, la primera trata las relaciones entre paz, cultura y política, y entre guerra, conflictos y derechos, con el fin de presentar una visión cultural de la cultura de la paz. La segunda habla de la administración cultural, en términos de gestión, gobernabilidad y agenda.

According the international concepts of the culture exist two powerful ideas, which are closely linked, but tend to refuse to hear each other. They are the political and economic aspects of culture, and in particular, their relating to citizenship and artistic production. Is feasible this dichotomy to resize their capacity for dialogue incorporating the culture of peace and cultural management? Rights awareness and the marketing excitement are compatible? To answer the questions this work is organized in two parts. First, in order to present an idea of the culture of peace, the article finds two relationships between peace, culture and politics, and war, conflict and rights. Second, speak of cultural administration, in terms of management, governance and agenda.
