Naẓariyyat al-ḥubb ladà Ibn ˁArabī. Ḥaqīqat nafy al-ašwāq fī Turǧumān al-ašwāq

Abstract

“La teoría del amor en Ibn ˁArabī. La realidad de la negación de las pasiones en Turǧumān al-ašwāq”. Este artículo estudia cómo se refleja la teoría del amor en el sabio sufí andalusí Ibn ˁArabī a través de su obra Turǧumān al-ašwāq. Se ofrece un análisis de la relación entre este libro y el comentario escrito por el propio autor con el título de Ḏaḫāˀir al-ašwāq. El trabajo comienza investigando los motivos de la composición de la obra poética Turǧumān al-ašwāq, y luego la formación de los elementos de corte amoroso que incluye, para después analizar la postura de Ibn ˁArabī con respecto a la mujer en general y su amada al-Naẓẓām en particular.

“Love’s theory in Ibn ˁArabī. The reality of passions denial in Turǧumān al-ašwāq”. This paper examines how the theory of love is reflected in the Andalusian sufi Ibn ˁArabī through his work Turǧumān al-ašwāq. An analysis is provided of the relationship between this work and the commentary written by the author himself with the title of Ḏaḫāˀir al-ašwāq. The paper begins investigating the reasons for the composition of the collection of poetry Turǧumān al-ašwāq, and then the formation of love elements inside it, then it analyses the position of Ibn ˁArabī regarding women in general and his beloved al-Naẓẓām in particular.
