Abstract
El Plan Nacional de Patrimonio Industrial (2011) está próximo a su revisión, reflexionamos sobre las expectativas que ofrece ante el reto de la educación en competencias que afronta el sistema educativo español. Se observa la necesidad de integrar el patrimonio industrial entre los estándares de aprendizaje de las Ciencias Sociales en las distintas etapas del proceso educativo.
 
The National Plan for Industrial Heritage is next to its revision, we offer a reflection on the expectations that this plan offers before the challenge of the education in competitions that faces the Spanish educational system. The need to integrate the industrial heritage between the standards of learning of the Social Sciences.
