Un análisis fílmico de los rodajes más representativos de la provincia de Cádiz

Abstract

Se analizan en este estudio algunas de las obras cinematográficas que han sido en mayor o menor medida filmadas en la provincia de Cádiz y en el que sus narraciones fílmicas aportan conocimientos sobre formas de vida, costumbres, tradiciones e información relevante del lugar geográfico en un determinado tiempo. A través de un análisis fílmico se hace referencia al procedimiento metodológico utilizado para un film desde las teorías sobre la narrativa fílmica y la semiótica del relato (Sulbarán, 2016).Se construyen esquemas prototípicos que son identificables en la obra, desde el título de la película, director, año, el lugar donde se desarrolla, personajes, acciones o acontecimientos. Un mapa contextual desde ese cine popular de principios de los años 20 donde prevalecía el entorno rural, los pueblos blancos, la admiración por el torero, señoritos, cortijos, mulas, toros, historias de amor interraciales y fiestas populares, destacándose un subgénero cinematográfico asentado en el costumbrismo andaluz. La imagen cinematográfica en movimiento sirve de elemento sustancial de estudio para comprender un pasado, mantener vivos los recuerdos y encontrar soluciones a nuevas preguntas que van surgiendo.

The study analyzes some of the cinematographic works that have been to a greater or lesser extent filmed in the province of Cadiz and in which their filmic narratives provide knowledge about ways of life, customs, traditions and relevant information of the geographical place at a certain time. Through a filmic analysis, reference is made to the methodological procedure used fora film from the theories on filmic narrative and semiotics of storytelling (Sulbarán, 2016). Prototypical schemes are constructed that are identifiable in the work, from the title of the film, director, year, the place where it takes place, characters, actions or events. A contextual map from that popular cinema of the early 20's where the rural environment prevailed, the white villages, the admiration for the bullfighter, the señoritos, farmhouses, mules, bulls, interracial love stories and popular festivals highlighting a film subgenre settled in the Andalusian costumbrismo. The cinematographic image in movement serves as a substantial element of study to understand the past, to keep memories alive and to find solutions to new questions
