La formación de gestores culturales en España. Una tarea inacabada, balance del VII Seminario Internacional del Observatorio Cultural del Proyecto Atalaya

Abstract

La autora nos presenta un recorrido por las distintas intervenciones realizadas en el VII Seminario Internacional del Observatorio Cultural del Proyecto Atalaya. Todas las presentaciones reflexionaron, desde distintos puntos de vista, sobre la figura del gestor cultural y la problemática de su formación, siendo el problema central la concreción de qué contenidos, con qué intensidad y qué perfil profesional debe configurar el modelo de formación de este profesional.

The author presents us with a summary of the different speeches given during the VII International Seminary of the Cultural Observatory of the Atalaya Project. All of the presentations reflected on, from different points of view, the figure of the cultural manager and the problems relating to his/her training, with the main problem being to specify which contents, with what intensity and what professional profile should make up the training programme of this professional.
