Collective labor disputes and the labor inspectorate: the case of Morocco

Abstract

The intervention of the labor inspection in the settlement of collective labor disputes is of such importance that it should be supported and approved by introducing more authority necessary and sufficient legal provision for it to good collaborate to provide the right atmosphere for the growth of investment and the company to fulfill its social responsibility.
