Niñas extranjeras no acompañadas en Cádiz (Andalucía). Tutela e inserción

Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo es poner de relieve la problemática de las menores migrantes, niñas que llegan a España sin familia, muchas de ellas a Andalucía; y que, tras pasar a la tutela de la Junta de Andalucía, se encuentran en un mayor grado de vulnerabilidad por dos factores: por ser menores de edad y por ser mujeres. Estudiamos las actuales leyes de extranjería y como afectan a los menores y, en concreto, a las niñas, así como las repercusiones que tienen cuando alcanzan la mayoría de edad. Analizamos igualmente el trabajo de distintas instituciones, poniendo en valor el de las diversas organizaciones que trabajan en el ámbito de la provincia de Cádiz, que acogen a estas chicas y las ayudan en sus estudios, en su inserción laboral y en sus proyectos de vida en España.

The objective of this work is to highlight the problems of migrant minors girls, who arrive in Spain without family, many of them in Andalusia; and that, after coming under the protection of the Junta de Andalucía, they are in a greater degree of vulnerability due to two factors: because they are minors and because they are women. We study the current immigration laws and how they affect minors and, specifically, girls, as well as the repercussions they have when they come of age, and we analyze the work of different institutions, highlighting the work of the various organizations who work in the province of Cádiz, who welcome these girls and help them in their studies, in their job placement and in their life projects in Spain.
