Pais, Contingent Workers' Voice in Southern Europe: Collective Experiences of Protection and Representation. Edward Elgar Publishing pp. 37-53Resumen
This chapter aims to contribute to the debate about potentialities and barriers for collective representation of contingent workers by examining the perspective of the workers themselves. Based on qualitative research carried out in Italy and Spain, it draws a picture of the ways in which their identities, needs and interests are subjectively framed and how this framing shapes their attitudes towards collective representation.
