In this article we analyze the experiences in terms of cultural diversity and educational inclusiveness in a school constituted as a Learning Community, located in a diverse sociocultural environment. The methodology follows a Case Study approach, within the phenomenological-ethnographic perspective of the research. For the collection-production of data, participant observation, semi-structured interviews and discussion groups were used. The analysis of the results shows us the manifest rejection of teachers towards express racist attitudes and expressions, but also difficulties in recognizing other gestures and latent racialized positions, which are part of the Eurocentric and colonial imaginary of knowledge. Among the conclusions we can highlight how the coloniality of knowledge has penetrated so deeply into the collective imagination that teachers, even those committed to inclusive education, find it difficult to recognize the most subtle manifestations of cultural discrimination.
