Abstract

The presence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is revolutionizing the way we perceive and behave as consumers and the relationship between brands and their audiences. With a qualitative methodology, a documentary review and content analysis have been conducted, examining in detail how Louis Vuitton, Balenciaga, and Ganni utilize AI and how they apply it in the immersive experiences they offer within their spaces. The results indicate that brands integrate AI and immersive technologies not only as an aesthetic resource but also as a narrative strategy to redefine the audience's experience. The conclusions underline that, although cases are still limited, AI is a fundamental marketing and communication tool for companies in the fashion retail sector, enhancing the creation of personalized experiences that encourage greater engagement and intensify the affective connection with brands and the memorability of the message.
