The Improvement of Skills and Competences through Practical Multidisciplinary Experiences for Industrial Design Students

Abstract

Traditionally, higher education centers considered knowledge more important than the acquisition of professional skills. As opposed, companies not only demand knowledge, they also seek skills and abilities in their workers. This study describes and analyzes the case study of experiences developed in three different subjects of the Industrial Design and Product Development Engineering Degree at the University of Cadiz, during 2017-2018 course.
