Abstract

This article audience the challenges and achievements of transsexuals. Gender identity is a right; the right to gender identity refers to the basic right of every human being to decide if you feel male or female, regardless of how it is cataloged at birth. From the perspective of inclusion, from education and the various media, advocate for the full rights of transgender people in democratic societies. It is necessary, therefore, to establish an educational vision that includes, in equal terms, the different types of human and sexuality in particular, different sexual orientations and gender identities, show a reality where there are multiple masculinity and femininity and make them visible, contributing to the inclusion of sexual diversity in schools and society.
